Who are Employers?

Employers are users who require assistance in completing tasks. They create new job postings for workers to undertake, evaluate the completed tasks, and compensate the workers for their aid.

Who are Workers?

Users who derive satisfaction from assisting others are called workers. Workers take on jobs that match their interests and provide outcomes, after which they receive remuneration.

How many accounts can I have?

Only one account per person is allowed, but a user has the flexibility to be both a worker and an employer simultaneously.

What is User Dashboard?

Every user has access to a User Dashboard that showcases their balance and jobs done. Users can personalize their profiles. The Profile page displays essential user details such as Nickname, Country, and others. Check out your User Dashboard to explore its features and update your information. Having the highest amount of finished jobs can help you stand out and increase your chances of getting featured on our main page.

Job Fees

To maintain a world-class 24/7 platform with a fully-staffed administration team, fees are necessary. Our administrators function as your work team partners and charge fees for job approval, correction, task monitoring, and support services. Scamming, Spamming or misleading users

We strive to maintain the integrity of WorkerGigs as a reliable and beneficial platform for both Employers and Workers. Therefore, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal activities, scams, spamming, or attempts to deceive other users for personal gain, obtain free work, or solicit illegal actions. We diligently monitor backend activities and will promptly place accounts on hold and contact owners when we notice any suspicious behavior. In cases where there is clear evidence of illegal activity, we will terminate such accounts immediately. Is it possible to change my associated email address?

Currently, there is no option for users to change their email address on their own. If you would like to change your email address, please contact the admin to make a request.

Regarding Social Media, Groups, or Forums

Please refrain from engaging in any discussions or groups (online or offline) whose purpose is to solicit or discuss tasks through deceitful means, encourage others to report employers, disclose rating information, or engage in similar activities. Such behavior is strictly prohibited, unethical, and will lead to an immediate account closure.

Why is having multiple accounts considered a serious violation?

Creating multiple accounts and providing false information about gender, age, or name are serious violations on any online freelance job platform. This is because online job platforms handle the exchange of money between multiple parties and are regulated by laws governing such transactions. Furthermore, to ensure the success of many jobs, the platform may perform automatic verification checks based on the user's device. If multiple accounts are detected on the same device, the system will identify them as belonging to one person, which is a violation of platform policies.

What kind of jobs can a Worker accept?

Workers should only accept jobs that they have the ability to complete. Accepting a job and submitting false or incomplete proof is not allowed and may result in a red flag. In most cases, three (3) red flags will result in account termination.

What is the correct way to submit proof and ensure fair payment?

  • • To ensure fair payment, make sure to submit accurate and complete proofs that match the specific instructions provided by the employer in the job description. Avoid submitting the same proof for multiple tasks, using proxy or VPN, creating multiple accounts, or submitting insufficient or irrelevant responses such as one or two-word answers. These practices will be marked as SPAM and may lead to account closure or lower success rate.
  • • When submitting proofs, follow the employer's instructions carefully and provide accurate and relevant evidence that demonstrates you have completed the task as required. Avoid using proxies or VPNs, creating multiple accounts, submitting repetitive or irrelevant proofs, or writing unnecessary or vague phrases that do not add value to your submission. Withdrawals

Users are eligible to withdraw their earnings once they have accumulated at least $5. Withdrawals are processed several times per week, but a small fee is charged for the service. Various withdrawal methods are available on the Withdrawal page, each with different fees. Users can choose their preferred option accordingly.

What could be the reason for me being unable to withdraw my money?

There is no way to recover your earnings if you accidentally send them to the wrong wallet address while withdrawing in crypto. It is crucial to ensure that the wallet address you submit is correct before proceeding with the withdrawal.

Is it possible to use the money I earned to post a job?

Employers are taking too long to approve my proofs

Our policies allow employers to take up to 7 days to rate the tasks. In case the employer does not rate the task within the stipulated time, the system will automatically rate the task as approved.

My proof was deleted because of spam

If an admin has deleted a task from you, it may not necessarily be because of spam. Admins can delete tasks for a variety of reasons, such as if they find the task inappropriate, incorrect, or a duplicate. Regardless of the reason, you will receive a message notifying you of the deletion.

The task I was working on is no longer available

Jobs on WorkerGigs can run out of available positions quickly due to the high demand from experienced workers. If you are new to the platform, it's important to choose jobs that have enough available positions to reduce the risk of the job running out before you can start working on it. Before applying for a job, check the available positions on the job list page and decide if you want to proceed knowing the potential that the job could end soon.

What is the process for submitting appropriate jobs and getting them approved for posting?

  • To ensure your job posting goes live smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

  • • Properly format your job description and proofs. You can refer to existing posted jobs for guidance on formatting.
  • • Offer a reasonable wage based on the category selected.
  • • Avoid posting job descriptions with confusing requirements or proofs.
  • • Do not request off-site submissions of proofs or ask workers to pay to work.

Keep in mind that administrators review each job posting, so make it easy for them to review your post to speed up the process.

Employers are charged only for tasks they approve. WorkerGigs does not impose any charges for tasks that do not meet the employer's specifications. Employers can rate each submitted task to determine their satisfaction.

Is it possible to cancel a job while it is already in progress?

If you wish to terminate your job before all available positions are filled, you can click on the "Pause" button then on then "Cancel" button located on your Job History page. Any funds for unused positions will be refunded to your account.

What jobs are considered acceptable?

We approve of jobs that aid Employers in promoting their business (website, apps, etc.) or enable them to accomplish tasks that they cannot complete on their own, where they require additional manpower and expertise to reach their objectives. It is acceptable for Employers to request Workers to: register on a website, compose an article, conduct research, search online, write a blog about products, display banners or links on their website, upload or download videos or pictures, subscribe to newsletters, participate in online polls, etc.

Deposits

Once users use the automated deposit option, the deposited money becomes immediately available in their account. There are no fees charged on deposits. The available deposit options are displayed on the Deposit page (https://workergigs.com/user/deposit).

My job is currently running but there is no activity taking place

Kindly wait as your job is already running and active. Workers are currently reviewing available jobs and completing them. If there is still no activity, you can consider stopping the job and creating a new one with better details, or increasing the cost per task to attract more users.

Is it possible to add Bonus steps to a job?

It is not allowed to include bonus steps in a job. Additionally, mentioning a bonus in the job instructions is also prohibited. If an employer wishes to reward a worker for performing well, they may do so without any prior notice.

Is it possible to deposit from a wallet other than Coinbase?

Certainly, you are able to deposit cryptocurrency from any wallet of your choice, provided that it is fully functional.
